Notes

Went to gym to do medium-hard workout.

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x3x115, 1x2x135, 3x5x145, 1x3x95 (depth not the greatest at 145, last set was hard, went atg at 95)

Face Pulls - 3x10x42.5 + random pull-ups and ab work done with squats and after deadlifts

Incline Bench Press - 1x8x95, 1x6x115, 1x8x95

Deadlifts - 3x8x135

Did 10 minutes on bike and 10 minutes on elliptical after. Some discomfort in back of knee on bike, elliptical seemed ok, although calf still very tight after.
