Easy run after workout. Kept it mostly at 7.0 with inclines ranging from 0% to 5%. In LA I didn't really run except for about 10 minutes on a trail. Didn't really do much stretching neither and noticed quite a bit of improvement around the hip. When I did run I felt basically no pain. Yesterday I stretched a bit and it seemed like all the tightness came back especially at front of hip flexor and upper quad. I did notice however that I was able to get deeper into the stretch Today on the treadmill I didn't really feel any discomfort but again there was a lot of tightness after.
