Dinner at Splendido + lots of drinking last night, woke up quite hungover and a bit nauseous so held off doing any work until after lunch. Lower hamstrings extremely tight and had a lot of side stitch at beginning of run but felt ok by end. Did overhead press prior and was pleased with results considering 100%. The first set took a lot out of me and then I psyched myself out in the second set but pushed to get all 5 reps in third set.
