Did me leg raises and pallof presses along with bosu squats and walking lunges before spin class. Went well, especially the lunges, as I didn't feel any pain in groin.
Spin class was with Sylvia and was geared towards climbing with lots of intervals. I tried to add more resistance while still maintaining rpm of around 88-90 on hard parts. Ended up averaging 223 watts, 94rpm, and 22.8mph. Was riding the second bike from the corner.
