Run to gym. Right lower leg really sore. Workout at gym wasn't bad though. Did som efront squats at 65 pounds and single leg deadlifts but still avoiding regular deadlifts. Did bench after, 1x10x95, 1x10x115, 1x10x125, 1x6x135, better than last week.
