Notes
Right achilles, calf, shin, ankle really sore, everything feeling tight but didn't necessarily get worse during run, felt really comfortable running at 7.0. Left side feeling very good.
Did a workout prior consisting of:
Back Squats - 3x5x115 (not bad, a little off balanced and depth not perfect)
Push Press - 2x5x105, 1x3x105 (happy with first 2 sets concentrating on hip drive but totally spent by 3rd set)
Pull-Ups - Ladder to 6 w/10 second rest
Some leg raises
