Didn't feel too hot with a bit of a breeze. Ran a couple of fast kms and was pleased with the results. Right achilles/calf is really messed up, crazy tight this morning and after the run but didn't really get worse during the run. Upper left hamstring a little tight.

Finished the week with 7:15 of cardio (5:45 running. 1:30 elliptical)
