Not the greatest workout, messed up my warmup sets for overhead press and then just couldn't get into the groove. Was off balance and felt my grip was too narrow at 105 but somehow managed to gut out 7 reps. Front squats irritated knee but wouldn't say it got any worse during sets. Felt really work with the squats though as just had no drive out of the hole. Bench press was ok, completed it with no pauses.
Overhead Press - 1x5x75, 1x5x85, 1x5x95, 1x7x105
Front Squats - 2x8x95, 2x5x115, 1x8x115
Bench Press - 3x8x165
Front Raises + Side Raises - 4 sets
Rear Delt Cables + ab wheel - 4 sets
