Knee was feeling better this morning and didn't bother me too much on the run, maybe front squats really did help. Decided to do a 5k progression at the end, had a bit of a tailwind for it, and didn't push it too much but was definitely spent by the end. Took the first 9k pretty easy to save myself, surprised a bit by the endurance I had but of course would have been happier if times were quicker.
