Did 3 loops, each progressively faster, didn't feel much discomfort but joint area is quite tight after. Effort felt ok although maybe on the harder side considering the pace, at least according to heart rate. I never pushed it crazy but by the end my breathing was accelerated and legs tying up a bit.
