Good shoulder workout. First set at 100 felt strong, 2nd set was a struggle getting the 8th rep, 3rd set was a struggle getting the 7th rep and last set I failed on 7th rep. Didn't have the longest rest before last set at 85.
Overhead Press - 2x8x100, 1x7x100, 1x6x100, 1x10x85
1 Arm Kettlebell Press - 1x8x18kg, 3x5x20kg (right side stronger than left side as I wen 6,5,5 on right, and 5,5,4 on left)
Front Raises - 4x8x30
Side Raises - 4x8x22.5
Rear Delt Machine - 4x10x100
