Ice storm part 2. Sidewalks and Cherry Beach were mostly crunchy ice with thin layer of icy snow on top so wasn't too bad. Rest of Martin Goodman hadn't been salted so was sheer ice. Ran about 6k on the ice and the rest on the slushy and muddy roads. Felt pretty good but right adductors were burning by the end. Left foot didn't like the unevenness of the ice. Wind was quite strong from the west.
