Notes
Coldest day of the year, decided to take the day off running, calves were a little tight as were adductors. Went to the gym (busiest I have seen it) and did:
Neutral Pull-ups - 1x8x10, 1x6x15, 2x4x20
Front squats - 1x5x65, 1x5x85, 2x5x95 (felt pretty happy with these, got good depth, no hip pain, pretty balanced)
Bench Press - 3x5x150 (maybe could have squeaked out an extra rep)
Split Squats - 1x6x15, 2x6x25 (right side still unstable but better than last time and went a bit heavier)
Close grip dips - 1x6x15, 1x6x20, 1x6x25, 1x6x35 (felt pretty strong with these)
Finished with 55lb farmer's walk around massage table upstairs
