Hips were really out of wack from deadlifts yesterday, would feel the odd spasms if I picked up the pace a bit so I was forced to go pretty slow in parts. Didn't really get worse throughout run but the area is a little tight after. Achilles was feeling a bit better this morning and wasn't horrible during the run but it is so tender to the touch. Aerobically I felt pretty good, was cooler by the water.
