Notes

Good workout today, deadlifts were brutal. Was feeling a bit tired from yesterday's workout. Thought there was no way I was going to complete the set after 2 reps at 275 but was able to push through with only slight rounding and no leg shake. I felt the weight was getting away from me a bit in the latter reps.

Pendlay Rows - 1x12x96, 1x10x115, 2x6x135

Pull Ups - 1x8x25, 1x7x25, 2x6x25

Hamstring Curls - 4 sets
