Notes

Not feeling good today so didn't go to gym, Didn't have much motivation but decided to do a few lifts upstairs. Groin still hurting, did goblet squats with 30 pounds. Cleaned the bar to get into military press position so went ok considering how I was feeling.

Overhead Press - 1x8x80, 1x3x90, 1x3x95, 1x4x100

Bench Press (off pins with slow negative) - 1x5x135, 1x3x150, 1x4x150
