Notes

Hip continuing to get better but I just didn't have much energy today. Felt like I was struggling to find my form on squats but did hit some good reps up to 185. Right groin was a little sore, maybe from stretching? Did a double at 195 which took a lot out of me and then just totally screwed up 205, not getting deep and coming forward. Hopefully this at least means my legs were drained from the earlier sets. Last set at 135 was pretty solid. Deadlifts were done very slow and controlled, only started feeling some tightness after the last set. Felt like my form was pretty solid although maybe my arch could have been better.

Squats - 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 1x5x155, 1x5x165, 1x5x175, 1x3x185, 1x2x195, 1x1x205,1x10x135

Deadlifts - 1x5x115, 1x5x165, 1x5x185, 1x5x205

Walking Lunges - 1x8x30, 1x8x40, 1x8x50

Curtsy Lunges + Hamstring Curls + Glute Kickbacks
