Leg workout, went pretty good, squats started off slow but was able to grind my way through. Tried to pause each rep for a 3 count, could feel a little wonkiness in my knees after so will go back to my lifting shoes and sleeves next week.
Paused Back Squats - 1x5x45, 1x5x65, 1x5x85, 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x5x115
Walking Lunges - 3x12x30lb dbs
Step Ups - 1x8x18lb kbs, 1x8x12kg kbs
Glute Ham Raises + Single Leg Extensions + Glute Kickbacks
