Shoulder workout at home, had a headache this morning. Overhead Press was pretty good
Overhead Press - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 3x8x85, 1x9x85
DB Press - 4x10x30
Front Raises + Lateral Raises + Rear Delt Raises
