Notes

Focused mostly on legs, right knee was feeling good warming up but sore as usual after. Left calf was achy this morning and throughout workout but no foot numbness nor obvious swelling. Front squats went pretty good as I tried to get as deep as possible, pretty much ass to grass. Tried pausing the first reps of each set. Overhead press was ridiculously weak.

Overhead Press - 1x10x65, 1x10x75, 1x7x85, 1x4x95

Leg Press - 1x10x90, 1x10x135, 2x10x180

Glute Ham Raises + Leg Raises

1 Leg Reverse Lunges - 1x10x45, 1x8x65, 1x6x85, 1x6x95
