Crazy hot, sunny and dew point around 18, survived pretty good though only stopping for a minute at a time for water. Was spent by the end though. Lots of DOMs from yesterday, right knee and left hamstring not too bad though, maybe the achiness just obscured by the DOMs. Left calf held up OK but still achy after, still not sure if it is a minor clot or not.
