Chest workout, went pretty good.
Bench Press - 4x10x140
DB Incline Press - 4x10x50
DB Flys - 4x10x40
Narrow Dips - 4x10x25
Bar Pressdowns - 4x15x40
Did 45 minute on bike 12 after, kept it pretty easy averaging 217 watts and 93 rpm
