Hip feeling a bit better this morning as it wasn't doing too well last night. Muscles on the right side, especially quads and glutes get really tight after any lower body work. Wanted to do 90 minutes on spin bike continuous, last 30 minutes were brutal but I dropped the resistance and lowered the cadence a bit to finish the ride.

Rode on bike 12, averaging 226 watts and 93 rpm. It seems like the watts settled into around 240 no matter the resistance but then would periodically increase or decrease to balance out depending on how long I was riding at a given resistance.

Only 4:15 of cardio this week, 4:05 on the bike and 10 minutes on elliptical
