Pretty good leg workout. 155 felt pretty hard so I backed off a bit. Right adductor/groin is much better, barely felt anything today.

Single Leg Lunges - 1x8x16kg kbs, 1x8x20, 1x8x16, 1x8x20
Leg Extensions + Glute kickbacks
