Notes

Gym workout, calves still sore. Right hamstring behind knee caused some problems especially with step-ups.

Deadlift (off pads) - 1x5x115, 1x3x165, 1x2x185, 1x5x205, 1x1x215, 1x1x225 (happy although need to stay tighter in upper back)

Bench Press - 3x8x145 (last set hard but pleased with progress, left shoulder/elbow hurting)

Pull-Ups - 3x6x25

Step-Ups (onto 18 inch box) - 1x6x45, 1x6x55, 1x6x65
