Calf wasn't feeling the greatest after yesterday's run but today was quite a bit better. Did the first 5K at a brisk pace and then decided to drop the pace to around tempo/HM pace for 5K. The whole 10K was done continuously. Legs felt a little sluggish to start but pace wasn't too bad. Never left tempo breathing and didn't look at my watch once. There was quite a bit of wind in the middle 3K, mostly crosswinds in Tommy Thompson. Was surprised to see the last km so fast as I didn't think I pushed the pace that much. Hopefully this means I had quite a bit left in the tank. Calf a little tight after but didn't really feel it during run.
