Had a training session yesterday, more squats (up to 2x10x85) and isometrics. Getting better but I still have a lot of soreness below left glute. Today focused on bench trying to do it flat footed and driving hard through my feet. Definitely felt stronger and more explosive with lower weights but had problems moving the heavier weight. Need to work on maintaining upper back tightness and a slight arch when flat footed. 2nd set at 185 just didn't feel right from the start. Failed a 5th rep in the 1st set.
Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x3x155, 1x2x165, 1x2x175, 1x4x185, 1x3x185, 1x4x185
Bench Press - 3x5 tempos (kept it at 5 reps, not going to failure)
1 Arm Incline DB Press - 1x8x40, 2x8x45
Cable Crossovers - 3 Sets
Leg Raises - 1x8, 2x6
Dips - 1x8x25, 1x8x35, 1x6x45, 1x5x45 (done with close handles and keeping vertical working triceps more)
Rope Pulldowns - 3 sets
