Another run where I felt sluggish so was surprised to see the pace after. Second half was into a brisk headwind. Cadence has been higher lately, possibly related to increased hip mobility? Right inner hip felt pretty tight in second half, left upper hamstring/groin area still a bother but left Achilles felt the best it has in a while.
Worked on overhead press before going out. First set was wobbly, second set actually felt quite strong, and third set I was pretty much spent so didn't attempt a 6th rep.
