Really muggy out with dewpoint around 19-20. Went out before bfast and did the run without water. Achilles seemed to survive the race ok but left knee is a little wonky. Went to gym in the afternoon and did some light leg work.
Reverse Lunges - 1x8x10kg KB, 1x8x14kg KB, 1x8x18kg KB
Single Leg Deadlifts - 1x8x10kg KB, 1x8x14kg KB, 1x8x18kg KB
Sumo Deadlifts - 3x8x95
Single Leg Extensions - 3x15
Sumo deadlifts felt a bit better than last week, a little more stable on the right side.
