Woke up a bit hungover and didn't sleep much last night. Decided to take a day off running and just focus on legs. Squats went pretty good although started getting tough at 155. Reps at 175 and 185 were ok but depth probably could have been better. Also was tiring by this point. Ab wheel is starting to improve again.
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 1x3x145, 1x3x155, 1x3x165, 1x1x175, 1x1x185
Walking Lunges - 1x12x30, 1x12x25, 1x12x40
Step Ups - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x6x75, 1x6x85
Glute Ham Raises + Glute Kickbacks - 3 sets
