Notes

Spin class with Sylvie, definitely the worst class on offer at the gym, no structure, lots of random sprints. Seems like my bike second from the corner was re-calibrated or something as wattage was high for my effort. Effort was probably closer to 220 watts but bike read 262 watts, 24.2mph, 95rpm.

Did 20 minutes of elliptical after mostly at 7/5, groin felt ok but still not right especially when doing 8/6

Left side feels very week, unstable when standing on one foot, lunges are ok so I didn't re-injure the muscle yesterday but definitely something seized up and is now shut off. Will stick to bike and elliptical until it feels stronger.
