Weather pretty nice today. Went out before bfast, felt ok, mostly recovered from yesterday, will see how things go as week progresses. Left back pain seems to be just about all gone but right hip hasn't been doing that great. Went to gym in afternoon. Workout went ok but I could definitely feel some weakness on right side especially doing deadlifts.
