Notes

Knee wasn't feeling so bad this morning, some tightness but an improvement over how it felt the next day after the 2 previous HM pace runs. Was able to work up to 20lb dbs with reverse lunges with not too much discomfort in right knee. Deadlifts were a bit better today in terms of maintaining form but still just couldn't get into the right groove. I think I was a bit apprehensive too as my SI joint has been feeling a little wonky the last couple of days. Bench press was pretty strong.

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 1x3x225, 1x3x245, 1x3x255

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x3x155, 1x3x165, 1x3x175, 1x3x185

Dips - 1x10x25, 1x10x35, 2x8x45

Glute Ham Raises + Leg Raises - 3 sets
