Plan was to do around 6K at HM pace, not sure if continuous or not. Not sure what's going on but left calf and both legs have been really tight and heavy the last couple of days. Took a few K to warm up today but still wasn't quite feeling it by the time the HM pace work started. Knee was feeling ok during first 6k, and stretching it pre-run was probably the best it has felt since the injury.

First 3K were into a moderate wind, didn't have much of a problem pushing the pace but I could tell it was tiring me out despite my breathing being under control. By turn around I was pretty spent and had to use a lot of mental energy to stop from slowing down. Form held up pretty good and I finished pretty relaxed despite an overall fatigue having set in. Knee definitely was getting progressively tighter and at times I felt a bit uncoordinated as a result. Run home was ok, some knee pain but didn't feel bonkish like last week.

Pleased with 3:59 pace although this was probably more a tempo than HM pace. Will have to see how knee responds tomorrow.
