Notes

Front squats felt pretty good for first time squatting in a while. I felt my right side has been feeling better so tried to do some light deadlifts but I could tell my right hip was feeling a little vulnerable despite feeling pretty powerful from the start. Right side has definitely improved but a weakness is still there and this was especially felt after when I went to unrack the weights and my right hip popped again. Hopefully it won't be too bad but it has tightened up pretty rapidly.

Front Squats - 1x5xx45, 15xx65, 1x5x85, 2x5x95

Deadlifts - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 1x5x155

Random stuff, couldn't do much because of the hip
