Notes

Treadmill run on the Woodway at Equinox. Left foot the same, right ankle still seems a little off but overall went good. I have put on about 6 pounds since the half, hopefully some muscle included. Did a leg workout after the run, some step ups on high platform, low squats including 2 sets at 95 pounds, walking lunges w17.5, 22.5 and 30, single leg deadlifts including 2 sets of 6 at 50lbs, and calf raises including 1 set at 140lbs.
