Glutes were quite sore this morning from yesterday's workout. Left foot wasn't feeling the greatest but didn't hurt much when I started running. Plan was to pick up the pace in the second half and I think it went quite well, feeling much better than last week. Heart rate data only started working after km 9. Felt some tightness in right hamstring when picking up the pace and left foot started aching quite a bit. Left arch is quite sore afterwards, will need to see how I recover as right now it sort of feels like it did after Scotiabank. Wind appeared to be coming from the southeast so it was easier running home.
