Back feeling much better today and didn't bother me during workout. Feeling a little weak due to reduced calories but pleased how workout went. Bench Press was cluster sets of 5 + 20 seconds repeated 4 times at 145

Bench Press = 1x(5+5+5+5)x145, 1x(5+5+5+5)x145, 1x(5+5+5+3)x145

DB Incline Press - 1x8x40, 1x8x45, 1x8x50, 1x7x55

DB Flys - 1x8x40, 3x8x45

Dips - 1x5, 1x5x25, 1x5x45, 1x5x60, 1x5x75 (depth could have been better)

Skullcrushers - 3x10x55

Leg Raises 3x8

Tricep Rope Pushdowns
