Run to Equinox, both calves and hamstrings tight but left arch felt the best it has in a while. Lower back also a little tighter than normal. Didn't feel too sluggish so I guess I recovered ok from yesterday outside of the muscle tightness. At the gym I did:
bench 3x5x135, felt easier than last time and finished with 1x19x100
close grip bench 3x8x95
dips - sets of 6 with 10, 15, 20 pound weights
some pull-ups with neutral grip and 10 pound weight
tried the inversion rows on the Smith again but can't get full range of motion
