Strong back workout. L. said deadlifts looked good including 285 as hips weren't rising early and back was staying straight. 265 actually felt a bit smoother than 245. 285 was a bit of a grinder so I stopped there.
Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 1x5x225, 1x5x245, 1x5x265, 1x3x275, 1x1x285
Wide Grip Pull Ups - 1x8, 3x8x25, 1x8
T-Bar Rows - 4x10x75
Cable Pulldowns + Lat Pressdowns - 4 sets
Hammer Curls - 3 sets - had to stick with hammer curls as left elbow has been bothering me.
