Notes

Strong chest workout. The creatine really seems to be helping push for that extra rep or two. Took a really long pause after 7th rep at 170 and was considering racking the weight but went for it instead, ended being a real grinder with butt coming off bench. Was pretty tired after this but was still able to do some heavy singles. 200 wasn't crazy hard but I didn't want to risk failing at 205 so I stopped there.
