Weather was more manageable today especially on the Beltline where there was quite a bit of shade. Did Milkman's Lane also which is a lot longer and tougher than I remembered. Felt better today but left hamstring is quite tight after. Definitely worked on taking it slower today treating it more as a recovery run.
