Notes

Wasn't intending to run this fast but was feeling great, left arch not feeling the best and ankle is a little tight but groin and hamstrings were pretty good, only noticed some minor discomfort in last 10 minutes or so. Cadence is starting to look more normal too and aerobically felt a bit stronger than steady state from a couple of days ago.

Finished the week with 7:40 of cardio (6:06 running, 1:14 rowing, 20:00 elliptical)
