Notes

Cold night, ran around looking at the lights. Felt very comfortable, plenty of spring in my legs, felt like I was flying at points so surprised to see my pace so slow. Left foot a bit sore, same with right hip but otherwise felt fine.

Went to see Kim in morning and she found my back especially QL on right side very tight, glute getting better.

Went to gym after physio and did some weights including:

1x4x155, 1x3x155, 1x8x135 bench press (155 quite hard)

1x6x50, 2x6x55 incline dumbbell press

face pulls/wide pull-ups supersetted

1x6x65,1x6x75,1x5x85 push press (not very comfortable, struggled especially with 85)

2x5x95 back squat (hip felt ok doing these, tried to get low but still nervous about right hip)
