Hip not the best today after test run yesterday, may have overstretched the quad again also. Overhead press was ok.

Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x85, 3x5x100

DB Press - 4x12x30

Front Raises + Lat Raises + Rear Delt Machine

Did a 10000m time trial on Concept2 after in 43:41.8. Went through 5000m in 22:07 and finished last 2000m in 8:36
