Workout was ok, was feeling a bit tired when I arrived at gym and wasn't sure how overhead press would go. 105 felt hard but I was able to push through and get 3 reps at 115 despite not squeezing glutes and core as best I could. Knee was aching for front squats and the weight just felt heavy from the outset so I dialed it back a bit, finally found a groove in the last set. Bench press was weak from the start, had to pause after 9 reps in first set and in 2nd set butt came off for the 10th rep. Didn't want to risk failing so only did 8 reps in final set, maybe could have got another one. Leg drive was lacking throughout and I just couldn't find a good position on bench.

Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x75, 1x5x95, 1x3x105, 1x3x115

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 1x12x95

Bench Press - 2x10x165, 1x8x165

Face Pulls - 4x15x50
