Notes

Easy run after workout, felt pretty good, some right oblique soreness though that developed doing squats.

Workout went ok, squats weren't as deep as I liked and didn't really get a chance to do anything for back or abs.

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x3x115, 1x2x125, 1x1x135, 3x5x145

Step-Ups - 3x6x45 (onto 18 inch box, was difficult)

Push Press - 1x5x75, 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x2x115, 1x5x95 (short rest before last set)

Dips - 1x8x25, 3x6x45
