Notes

Not the greatest leg workout although right knee did hold up. I think I was a bit apprehensive though and wasn't pushing through my right side as much as I could. There also was some knee caving in the heavier sets. Biggest problem was lots of forward lean to get out of the hole as I just didn't have the strength at 145 and 155. Pauses may have been a little short at 155 but depth was pretty good. Also noticed during walking lunges I was a little unstable on my right side.

Pause Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 1x5x145, 2x5x155

Walking Barbell Lunges - 1x12x70, 2x12x80

Split Squats - 3x10x35 lb dbs

Leg Extensions + Glute Kickbacks + Glute Ham Raises
