Notes

Woke up a bit hungover. Decided to do the bench press more deliberately, making sure I take a deep breath and get set at the top after each rep. Seemed to work out good. First set at 185 was the strongest 185 has felt. Second set a bit tougher. Third set started off good and I thought I had 2 reps left in me after the 6th rep but the 7th rep just got stuck halfway up and it took a lot out of me to lock it out so I didn't try an 8th rep. Rest of workout went pretty good too.

Bench Press - 1x8x135, 1x5x165, 2x5x185, 1x7x185

DB Incline Press - 4x12x55

Narrow Dips - 4x12x25

Cable Flys + Bar Pressdowns - 4 sets
