Notes

Still had quite of bit of DOMs so pleased with how workout went. Didn't destroy myself with deadlifts as I still had a bit left in the tank after the 6th rep. Accessory work was strong.

Pull Ups - 1x8, 3x8x25, 1x10x25

Lat Pulldowns - 2x10x105, 2x10x100

Lat Pressdowns - 2x12x55, 2x12x50
